After payment, you will receive a summary e-mail and an invoice.
We do our best to ship within 48 hours of your order, and estimate delivery times of 1 to 4 working days for mainland France, 3 to 6 working days for the European Union and the United Kingdom, and 3 to 8 working days for the rest of the world. Depending on the destination and your order, customs clearance may extend the delivery time. A tracking number will enable you to follow your parcel and we will keep you informed of the process.
Shipping within France mainland is free up to 3,000 euros. Beyond that, the price will be calculated automatically and will appear in the summary of the final cost of the jewel + delivery charges.

If you live in a European Union country, you won't have to pay customs fees.
However, Switzerland, the UK and Denmark are subject to customs fees. For all other countries in the world, customs charges may be levied by the country to which the goods are to be sent. We advise you to contact the relevant authorities.

During packing, we take care to take photos of the jewelry we send you. All you need to do is check its general condition.
In accordance with the Hamon law of March 17, 2014, consumers have a period of 14 days (from the day of receipt of the package) to exercise their right of retraction without having to justify their reasons or pay any penalties.
If you encounter a problem with your order, the first thing to do is to contact us directly, by e-mail or telephone, so that we can exchange information and find a suitable solution. If your jewel needs repairing or restoring (a shock, a scratch, resizing out of date, re-rhodium plating, etc.), Les Pierres de Julie will draw up an estimate. After sizing, engraving or modifications requested by the customer at the time of ordering, there will be no return or exchange of the jewel.
Return shipping costs (and any customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.
For EU residents, the return shipment is simple, with shipping and return insurance costs borne by the buyer.
For non-EU residents, return costs (transport insurance and customs duties) are at the buyer's expense. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, taxes and customs duties.
To ensure adequate insurance coverage, all return shipments must be insured. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be reimbursed.
Return shipping costs are not subsidized and may be higher than the original shipping costs due to customs fees upon arrival in France.
In the event of a return, items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and free of any marks.
After receiving and checking the returned jewelry, Les Pierres de Julie will refund the customer the amount paid, less any shipping costs charged to the customer, within a maximum of 30 days.

An estate, an inheritance, the need for an insurance certificate for your jewels: only an expert will be able to appraise your jewels and stones and give you a professional opinion.
We appraise all precious stones and gems, even lesser-known ones, provided they are cut: diamond; sapphire; ruby; emerald; topaz; aquamarine; amethyst; tourmaline; spinel...
Many stones and gems can be treated or even imitated, so it is advisable to consult a gemmologist when purchasing a stone. For stones over 2 carats, it's best to ask for a certificate from a gemmological laboratory: GIA, Laboratoire Français de Gemmologie, Carat Gem Lab, Gem Paris, etc, etc ...
When appraising or valuing jewelry or stones, Pierres de Julie will advise you on the steps to take to obtain this certificate.
No, we only appraise cut stones.
An oral appraisal of a fine, precious stone or piece of jewelry is free of charge. We won't ask you for any fees or payment. Written appraisals, for which we are responsible, start at €360.00 inc. VAT, depending on the number of jewels or stones and the complexity of the research.
Every piece of jewelry has its own specific characteristics, whether in gold or platinum, some oxidize, others develop a patina. Pierres de Julie has put together a maintenance guide to help you keep your jewelry looking its best.
Rhodium plating, checking for scratches, cleaning, rethreading, polishing - we offer all these services to our customers. Consult our online price list.
After sizing, engraving or modifications requested by the customer at the time of ordering, there will be no return or exchange of the jewel.
